Chocolate Orange
Description
These Chocolate Orange cookies are a bit of a love letter to that classic Terry's bar we all grew up with. I've built them around that same bright orange flavour, folded through with milk chocolate chips and a layer of chocolate spread right in the middle, so you get that proper chocolate-orange moment with every bite. The Aero bubbles on top give them a bit of texture and that melty quality I'm after. They're soft and cake-like, the kind of cookie that feels a bit special without trying too hard — perfect with a cup of tea on a quiet afternoon, or pack them in a tin for someone who needs a bit of cheering up.
