Where are you based?

We're based on the Isle of Man and currently deliver within the island only.

Are your cookies made fresh?

Yes — every batch is hand-made fresh to order. We don't keep stock sitting around.

How long do the cookies keep?

Best enjoyed within 3–4 days of delivery. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Do you cater for allergies?

All allergen information is listed on each product page. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, soya, nuts, and peanuts — so we cannot guarantee any product is completely allergen-free. Please get in touch if you have a severe allergy before ordering.

Can I place a custom order?

Absolutely. Get in touch via the contact page and we'll do our best to accommodate.
