Biscoff New York Cookie

I've combined two things I love here — the thick, chewy New York cookie with the warm spice and caramel notes of Biscoff. There are chunks of actual Biscoff biscuits mixed through the dough, and then I've swirled in Biscoff spread so you get that flavour running right through it. I've added both milk and white chocolate chips to balance out the spice, and a pinch of sea salt to make everything sing a bit brighter. These are perfect with a cup of coffee, or grab one still warm from the tin when you need a proper treat.
