Hazelnut Praline

Description
These are one of my favourites to make — a buttery cookie loaded with hazelnut flavour from the spread and studded with milk chocolate chips and those gorgeous Guylian seashells. The golden syrup gives them this lovely caramel depth that works perfectly with the hazelnut, and they bake up with a soft, almost shortbread-like texture. They're proper indulgent without being over the top, and honestly, they disappear fast whenever I make a batch. Perfect for dunking in a hot drink, or just grabbing one with your afternoon coffee.
